VP of Engineering

As the VP of Engineering at Stealth Web3 Startup, I play a critical role in leading the development of our complex and innovative project aimed at creating virtual humans using cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, and blockchain. I oversee and coordinate all aspects of our cross-functional projects, including planning, organizing, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring to ensure timely completion, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.
My work involves identifying and solving problems and complexities that arise during the development process while ensuring the cohesiveness of the different departments within the company. I lead the development of sophisticated software that integrates computer vision, audio processing, and LLM technologies to create realistic virtual humans that interact with users in real-time.
In addition, I am responsible for setting up and leading the DevOps, MLOps, and cybersecurity departments. This ensures that our technologies are optimized for performance and security, and that our innovative products are delivered securely to our clients. My leadership also extends beyond the technical aspects of our projects to include organizational change management measures aimed at improving project efficiency, productivity, and morale.
Furthermore, I work closely with the executive team (CTO, CEO, COO) to ensure that we achieve our strategic goals, deadlines, and KPIs. This includes connecting and managing multiple technical projects, including frontend (React), backend (Python, Node.js), AWS, GCP, AI (GANs), and blockchain. I effectively manage risk, quality, and cost to ensure project success while communicating and collaborating with other leadership teams and stakeholders.
Overall, I am a highly organized and experienced engineering manager with exceptional communication and leadership skills. I continuously work towards achieving desired outcomes while innovating and pushing boundaries in the field of AI and blockchain technologies.
